.

“Hello, my dear sea,

once again I am here.

To ask for your eyes,

for mine cannot see.”

.

There I found you, where I combed my mind,

trying to surrender, leave the past behind.

I saw the reflections of your pale skin at night,

oh fair lady, how I long to be your knight.

.

Waves had carried you home to me,

I couldn’t believe,

I was the first to see.

The waterfall hair

and the frozen stare,

dancing in waves without a care.

.

All the pieces of puzzle falling in place,

with magical touch and unspoken grace

What is this movie, what is this scene?

It’s the heavenly night I met Josephine.

.

I took you home and colored your eyes,

Got mamas dress to hide bruised thighs

There you sat, so pretty in my room

An elegant bride and a nervous groom

.

I took you on a date,

To share you with the ocean

It wasn’t that late

I rubbed your feet with a lotion

I was in love,

Like I had drank your potion

the waves danced around us,

In what seemed as slow motion

.

We went for a swim,

but you wandered too far.

I tried to reach you,

couldn’t see where you are.

.

I guess this was your plan all along,

Run away from home, to miss it even more

To lonely boys, you cry out your song,

When they wander at tide at the ocean’s shore,

When they wander at night at your daddy’s door..

.

But once again.. Was I right or wrong?

I felt your embrace and it was strong,

With a look more alive I had ever seen,

You whispered: “Come home to Josephine..”
